THINKING OF COMING TO TONY’S CLASS LATE? DON’T! Unless you have a really good note from your mother! I start all my classes on-time and I end them on time. Coming into class late is distracting and disruptive for all the other students, and for me. It also shows a lack of seriousness about your commitment to your practice and disrespect for my teaching that I will not encourage. If you see that you are not going to arrive at your class in time to change your clothes, use the bathroom, unroll your sticky-mat, turn off you cell-phone, sign the sign-in sheet, or anything else you might need to do before you can begin your actual participation in the class, YOU SHOULD STRONGLY CONSIDER NOT COMING TO CLASS THAT DAY.
